From the 1st March 2026 this will be £50 plus VAT = £60 per pitch.
Please be aware there is no longer a cap on this fee of £1,200.

Card Machines
All Bookmakers must make sure that the Card payment machine they are using blocks accepting Credit Card payments. As it is their responsibility not to accept payment for a bet placed with them from a Credit Card.
Bookmakers Joints
Please note - Bookmakers who leave their joints on any Racetrack do so at their own risk. It's not the responsibility of the Racecourse or the BRM.
Jockey Club Racecourses Bookmaker Badge Refunds
REFUNDS
Should you buy badges / tickets for a JCR racecourse and decide either not to attend, or to attend but not to use a particular betting position prior to pitching in you will receive a full refund of the applicable charges back to your payment card.

Pending applications to vary Schedule Y
LCCP Condition 1.1.2 states:

We ask that bookmakers use their trading name on the booking form when purchasing their Daily Betting Badges online. This will ensure that the pitching up process is as efficient as possible and also assist with the refund process where applicable.
