Self-registration for the RBC app
- Go to https://rbc-uk.app/auth/register and fill in the form. (Please make sure the email address you use is the one we have on record for you)
- Once submitted, you should receive an email to confirm your email address.
- The email will be sent from account@email.rbc-uk.app, so if this is likely to be quarantined by your email server, please add the domain rbc-uk.app to your allowed list prior to registration. If you don’t receive the email, please contact RBC.
- Click on the link in the email to verify your email address. This should open the rbc-uk.app website and pre-fill your email and confirmation code.
- Click “Verify email address".
- At this stage, your account is pending and RBC will be required to approve it before you can login.
- Once approved, you will receive an email from noreply@email.rbc-uk.app.
- Login to the web app at https://rbc-uk.app or
- download the Android app at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appacy.rbc.pitch.
