New Policy on Bookmakers Arrival
Chepstow have been instructed to include all books on bag checks and up to date badge checks. They've been instructed to decline access if bookmakers turn up without their badges (RBC ID Cards) and refuse bag checks.
Following a consultation and inspection of the paddock positions, Ludlow Racecourse have reduced the paddock positions from 4 to 3, the first position will no longer be available. This decision is based on the anchorage point been unusable due to the realignment of the running rail.
Rails Joint Management would like to remind Rails Bookmakers that it is in their interest to treat the rails equipment with respect and as if it was their own. We have just received a substantial invoice for missing and broken parts which, in the long-term, may result in an increase in the daily charges.
Carlisle Racecourse have stated that Rails Bookmakers use Rails Umbrellas only.
All sales of pitches will now need to be confirmed in writing to mainoffice@rbc-uk.com from the seller that they have received all monies owed from buyers before completing the transfers.
The Badge Box will now be closed on Mondays/Tuesdays and you should now go to Reception of the Holiday Inn.
Update 04/04 - Bookmakers will be betting outside for all fixtures from the week commencing 15th April.

This year Huntingdon will operate as One Enclosure on its Bank Holiday fixtures, 1st April and 27th May, which means all ticket holders will be able to move freely between the Main and Picnic Enclosures.

Bookmakers using Card machines to take payments for Bets will have to Submit written confirmation from their Merchant Service provider that their Merchant Service provider blocks all Credit Card payments from being processed.
