Instructions for Royal Ascot 2025

- Royal Ascot 2025 – sales update
Overall sales still very strong, with the Village and Windsor Enclosures being described as ‘very’ strong
All enclosures have increased sales when compared to same period 2024
- Bookmakers Tickets
Please review all bookings as a large number of existing bookings have either missed the RBC Fees or Marketing Fees – we’ll email all those that seem to have missed those extra

There is a marketing fee payable per pitch & RBC fees have to be paid per pitch. Please review your own bookings to ensure these elements are added to your booking.
- Car Parking – 1 free car park with each booking / 1 pass per pick number
Once you have booked your tickets/badges please email betting@ascot.com with the following details

- Name
- Trading Name
- Enclosure & Pick Numbers
- Address – if you want the car park passes to be posted otherwise advise if to be collected
- Booking Reference Number
- Car Park Required
- Car park passes will be allocated one free pass per pick and will be posted out this week or by end of the week (Sat 7th June)
- Any bookings after this date, they’ll be available for collection with your tickets/badges/wristbands
The badge box will be open for collection at the following times
- Sun 15th June – 10.00am through 4.00pm
- Mon 16th June - 9.00am through to 7.00pm
- Tues 17th June (morning of the meeting) – 8.00am through to 11.00am
- Dropping Off Equipment in Advance
This is available by prior arrangement only. We need to advise the Security team who is dropping off equipment. If you wish to do this on Sunday 15th or Mon 16th please advise with the following details. Do not expect to be allowed access if you haven’t advised us in advance. When entering the course, please DO NOT PARK on the grass,
