Rails Joint Management would like to remind Rails Bookmakers that it is in their interest to treat the rails equipment with respect and as if it was their own. We have just received a substantial invoice for missing and broken parts which, in the long-term, may result in an increase in the daily charges. We would also like to remind bookmakers that the daily fees are also charged to ensure that all the equipment is in place and ready to use on any given race day, it is unfair to other users if parts are broken or taken which will result in joints being unfit to use.

We thank you all for working with us on this issue and a daily check will be made on those joints used to ensure that they are ready for the next meeting.

Regards,
