Cheltenham Bookmakers Car Parking Form – The Festival 2026
The submission deadline is Wednesday 18th February 2026. This will allow our team to package and post all car parking passes in time for The Festival.
All posted car passes will be tracked via Royal Mail to ensure they are delivered with minimal issues.
Therefore, please ensure you include your full postal address on the application form, without we cannot guarantee allocation and delivery of a parking pass.
As always, the parking allocation is done on a first come first served basis and with limited spaces in some car parks we encourage bookmakers to apply as early as possible. Bookmakers are entitled to one parking pass per pitch owned, additional bookmaker parking passes cannot be requested or purchased.
As a reminder, parking passes are allocated dependant on betting ring location:
- Purple Car Park – Best Mate Enclosure (Course)
- Yellow Car Park – Tattersalls, Rails, Centaur
- Red Car Park – Courtyard, Lower Tattersalls, Lower Rails
For any additional staff vehicles, these will be parked in public parking. Please see attached carpark map for guidance.
