DBB = £240 (which includes an assistant) payable through Ayr website using promotion code bkayr21.
A total of 18 pitches will be made available at an extra cost - 10 x paddock and 8 x Ayrshire Suite.
Paddock 1 - 10 = £390
Ayrshire Suite 11 - 18 = £165
These pitches will be allocated using the 1 to 1 tatts/mechanism.
Saturday 18th April - Scottish Grand National
2hr Pitch up time.
DBB = £289 (which includes an assistant) payable on Ayr website using promotion code bkayr21.
A total of 36 pitches will be made available at en extra cost - 10 x paddock, 8 x Ayrshire Suite and 18 Tented Village.
Paddock 1 - 10 = £565
Ayrshire Suite 11 - 18 = £175
Tented Village 1 - 18 = £145
These pitches will be allocated using the 1 to 1 tatts/rails mechanism.
NOTES
For BOTH days bookmakers car parking between Tesco/racecourse and entry through Gate F, the DBB Box will be located at Gate C.
To ease crowd flow and stop congestion the front row in Tatts will be omitted on Saturday.
Attendances for Saturday
Club = 5,000 SOLD OUT
Premier Grandstand = 4,000 SOLD OUT
Tented Area = 4,500 SOLD OUT
Anyone wishing to drop off any equipment must be off track by 11am Friday & 10.30am Saturday at the very latest (times may change if races split). Vehicles must be parked in car park between Tesco/Racecourse outwith Racecourse perimeter.
There will be access between Premier Grandstand & Tented Area behind the courtyard area, Bookmakers/Assistants will be required to show their badges they will have received from the DBB Box to move between areas.
