  • Friday 4th September – 1st Race – 1.50pm - 7 races

    • Saturday 5th September – 1st Race 1.40pm - 7 races

October – The BetMGM Autumn Weekend featuring the Beer Festival

  • Friday 2nd October – 1st Race 1.50pm - 6 races

    • Saturday 3rd October – 1st Race 1.15pm - 6 races

  • Gates Open – 11.00am - All racedays 

  • Bookmaker Pitching in time will be 2 hours before the first race

Fees 

The Daily Betting Badge fees are as follows

  • Friday 4th Sept - (5 x £19) - £95

  • Saturday 11th July (5x £24) -£95

  • Friday 2nd Oct - (5 x £19) - £95

  • Saturday 3rd Oct (5 x £24) - £120

  • RDT Racecourse Betting Compliance Fee - £30 – per day (fee applies for each pitch)   

  • Marketing Fee – £100 - if not already paid for Ascot Flat Season (excluding Royal Ascot)

Purchasing your Badges / Tickets

Please follow the link below

As is standard now, payment of the ‘Daily Betting Badge’, any Bookmakers Staff badges, the Marketing Fee and the RDT Racecourse Betting Compliance Fee’ will be required in advance (the purchasing system allows for bookmakers to make their purchase up to midnight on the day before the raceday).

Car Parking

  • Car park 6 is available and is free of charge

  • Access can be arranged if you wish to drop equipment off early 

  • All cars will need to be off course by 10.00am

  • Please contact me by email if this is required. Please advise the following information by 3.00pm on Thursday 3rd September for the Big Ascot Food & Drink Festival and by 3.00pm on Thurs 1st October for the BetMGM Autumn Weekend

    • Trading name

    • Make and model of car

    • Registration number if access is required 

  • If you do drop equipment off, all bookmakers and staff have to leave the racecourse and collect badges and wristbands from Badge Box.  Please ensure that all staff leave the racecourse after dropping off their equipment and re-enter through the staff tunnel.

Forecast Attendances 

  • Fri 4th Sept – 6,000 – 6,500

  • Sat 5th Sept – 9,000 – 9,500

  • Fri 2nd Oct – 7,000 – 7,500

  • Sat 3rd Oct – 8,000 – 8,500

Arrival Process

Please head to the bookmakers betting badge box and collect all badges and wristbands. Wristbands must be worn to gain entrance to the racecourse.

Summary

To enable payments to be processed your Ascot account and bank cards must be registered to the same address.  Please ensure this is the case as the banks are now rejecting payments based on different addresses being used.  This is a bank requirement and we cannot process the payment if this is the case.
