• Bookmakers Fees
  • Friday - £100
  • Saturday - £150
• Staff Fees
  • Friday £20 per person
  • Saturday £30 per person
• RBC Fee £30
• Marketing Fee (only applicable if not already paid this season) - £100

Please note the marketing fee is payable for Flat Meetings (Royal Ascot is separate so if this is the first time you have worked this year (flat meetings only) - then the fee is applicable

Dropping Off Equipment

As usual, you can drop off all equipment in advance by driving in to the betting ring.

All vehicles need to be registered by emailing betting@ascot.com and will need to be off course by 10.00am to allow for all operational checks.  All vehicles to be removed to Car Park 6

Ticket/Badge Collection

The badge box will be open from from approximately 9.00am each day for any queries and to collect your badges/tickets/wristbands from him up to pitching in time.

Exit

Either through the service tunnel or exit through the staff tunnel
