Ascot – Jumps Season 2025-26

Saturday 1st November – Fireworks Family Raceday

&

Ladbrokes November Race Weekend (Fri 21st & Sat 22nd Nov)

  • Welcome back to our first Jumps meeting of the season, always a popular raceday as we host our spectacular fireworks display after racing.

  • Gates open at 10.45 with 7 scheduled races

  • 1st race is due off at 12.55 with the final race currently scheduled for 4.20pm but this is subject to change

  • Current attendance forecast – 17,500 which is very slightly down on 2024 but this is expected to rise as we get nearer to the raceday.  Tickets do not go ‘off-sale’ and can be purchased on the day as required. We expect another 5,550 on ‘Fireworks only’ tickets.

  • This means the egress will be challenging as guests arrive for the fireworks after the racing is over.  Please be aware of this when you depart.

  • Once again to assist you with leaving the racecourse, we’ll ask you all to leave via the service tunnel which brings you out near to CP6.

  • Further details of the Ladbrokes Racing Weekend will be added nearer the time

Fees

The Daily Betting Badge fees are as follows

  • Saturday (5x £30) - £150

  • RDT Racecourse Betting Compliance Fee - £30 – fee applies for each pitch

  • Staff (if required) – Saturday £30 per person

  • Marketing Fee – this is a new Jumps season so all bookmakers operating through the season will be required to pay the marketing fee.  It is due once and is payable on the first day you operate through the season - £100

  • Please remember to add the marketing fee to your basket when buying tickets.

Betting Ring Plans

As we did successfully last season and continue to develop a more ‘vibrant’ betting ring through the winter we’ll set up the ring in the following way.

To accommodate the number of bookmakers expected to attend each race meeting

  • Develop a plan to make better use of the betting ring by adding benches and to develop a more vibrant betting ring
  • Change to two lines of bookmakers instead of the current three

Benefits

  • No movement of bins throughout the winter season
  • Develop a more vibrant betting ring by ensuring the bookmakers operate in a more uniformed formation
  • Improves the quality (and value) of the low numbers
  • There will be 5 bookmakers in each ‘horseshoe’ rather than the current 7

Negatives

  • Bookmakers with high pick numbers may not get the benefit of working in the front line

Arrival Process

Please head to the bookmakers betting badge box and collect all badges and wristbands. Wristbands must be worn to gain entrance to the racecourse.

Exiting the course

Due to the firework display and the location of the Fairground rides, all bookmakers are asked to exit the course via the Service Tunnel which leads to the Car Park 6.  This will negate the need to move equipment past the crowds around the Lawns at the back of the course and will allow easy access to the car parks.

Summary

To enable payments to be processed your Ascot account and bank cards must be registered to the same address.  Please ensure this is the case as the banks are now rejecting payments based on different addresses being used.  This is a bank requirement and we cannot process the payment if this is the case.

If you are having issues with logging on, please contact me direct as soon as possible so that our ticketing team can explore what the problem is and find a solution to it.

If you have any queries or enquiries please do not hesitate to contact me.
