- All bookmakers and staff MUST access the racecourse via the Pavilion entrance
- To exit the racecourse please exit via the service tunnel
Car Parking
- Car park 6 is available and is free of charge
- Access can be arranged if you wish to drop equipment off early
- All cars will need to be off course by 10.00am (I do appreciate that this is very early when compared to the pitching in time, but the gates are open at 11.00am and we need to clear the site of cars in advance of this)
- Please contact me by email if this is required. Please advise the following information by 3.00pm on Thursday 10th July advising:
- Your name/Trading name
- Make and model of car/Registration number if access is required
- If you do drop equipment off, all bookmakers and staff have to leave the racecourse and collect badges and wristbands from Badge Box. Please ensure that all staff leave the racecourse after dropping off their equipment and re-enter through the staff tunnel.
Arrival Process
Please head to the bookmakers betting badge box and collect all badges and wristbands. Wristbands must be worn to gain entrance to the racecourse.
Summary
To enable payments to be processed your Ascot account and bank cards must be registered to the same address. Please ensure this is the case as the banks are now rejecting payments based on different addresses being used. This is a bank requirement and we cannot process the payment if this is the case.
